By accessing this website or submitting a reservation or contact form, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions in full.
2. Reservations
Reservations made through this website are requests and are confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or call from our team. We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reserved time before releasing them.
3. Cancellations & No-Shows
Please cancel or modify your reservation at least 2 hours in advance by phone or email. Large-party bookings may require a deposit, which can be forfeited in the case of a same-day cancellation or no-show.
4. Use of This Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and not to attempt to disrupt its operation, copy its content for commercial use, or submit false information through our forms.
5. Intellectual Property
All text, images, and design elements on this website are the property of Ember & Vine Restaurant unless otherwise noted, and may not be reproduced without written permission.
